2022-23 Bulletin Corrections & Notes

  • The Pupil Personnel Services Credential: School Counseling Designation minimum number hours of field practice in a PK–12 school setting in direct contact with students was edited to reflect the mandated increased from 600 to 800 hours.
  • AIS 235 was removed from the C1 General Education list on September 28th. Starting Fall 2022, AIS 235 only fulfills Area F.

2021-22 Bulletin Corrections & Notes

Fall 2021

  • Partial online instruction.
  • The grading option deadline was extended until the last day of classes.

2020-21 Bulletin Corrections & Notes

  • Online instruction in Fall 2020, Spring 2021, Summer 2021.
  • The grading option deadline was extended until 5pm on the last day of final examinations for Fall 2020, Spring 2021, and Summer 2021.
  • Dance Minor: The unit counts in the headings are incorrect. They should say “Core Requirements (9 units)” and “Electives (9 units)“. The DPR will check for 8-9 units in the core, 9-10 units in electives, and 18 units overall.

2019-20 Bulletin Corrections & Notes

Summer 2020

  • Online instruction.
  • F and WU grades were not offered.
  • All classes with letter-graded options also had both Letter Graded/NC and CR/NC grading options added. For any courses where the current grading option was "Letter Grades/No Credit", students had the choice to continue with this grading option or switch to the "Credit/No Credit" option. If the current grading option was "Credit/No Credit", there were no other grading options offered.
  • Incomplete contracts that were set to expire at the end of Summer 2020 were granted an automatic extension until the end of Fall 2020.

Spring 2020

  • Online instruction for Spring 2020 beginning March 16, 2020.
  • All course withdrawals were automatically approved without the need for supporting documents, and course withdrawals did not count toward the maximum number of withdrawals permitted for undergraduate students.
  • Students were not academically disqualified at the end of Spring 2020.
  • The grading option deadline (e.g., to take a class CR/NC or letter/NC grading basis) was extended until May 26.
  • Degree requirements and prerequisites that ordinarily required minimum letter grades were met by CR grades for classes taken in Spring 2020.
  • Courses taken in Spring 2020 do not count toward the max repeat limit of 2, towards course forgiveness, towards the max CR limit of 24 units earned CR grades for undergraduate students, or towards the withdrawal unit limit for undergraduate students.
  • F and WU grades were not assigned.
