If you did not complete an AA-T or AS-T from a California community college in a major deemed "similar," consult with your major department about the required pathway to graduation. 2022-2023 Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT) Pathways and Roadmaps
The table below shows the degrees at SF State that have been formally approved as "similar" -- this means that SF State faculty who teach courses in the "similar" SF State major have reviewed the relevant ADT and determined that a student who earns that ADT can complete the SF State degree in 60 units.
The SF State major/degree name links to the sample advising roadmap for that degree. While these roadmaps are based on the completion of specific lower division courses contained in AA-T or AS-T degree programs, they provide useful information for all students preparing to transfer.
