Ad Astra Scheduling Tools

Ad Astra provides a suite of applications to assist in planning schedules and monitoring registration.  Align is the app to use when the schedule is being built for an upcoming term.  Monitor is the app to use when students begin to register for courses in the upcoming term.  User guides for both of these apps are provided below.   Please contact Jane DeWitt if you would like to schedule a workshop about the Ad Astra apps.

To access the apps, go to:  https://app.adastra.live/login

First time logging in: To log in, click the link above and select “Forgot Password”. Enter your email address and hit “reset code.” You will receive an email from no-reply@verificationemail.com - make sure to check your junk folder. You will receive a temporary reset code that will allow you to reset your password. Ensure you are ready to reset your password at this time as the temporary reset code won’t last long.

If you do not receive a reset code, contact  Jane DeWitt  to be added as a user to the site.
